Delivery Policy
At Party Tray Paradise, we are committed to delivering your party trays quickly, safely, and in top quality — just as they leave the kitchen.
No Delivery Fee Will Be Applied If Your Order Is More Than $200.
1. Delivery Time Commitment
We aim to deliver all confirmed orders within approximately 60 minutes from the time your Vendor (restaurant or kitchen partner) releases the tray for delivery.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on:

Traffic and road conditions

Weather or access delays

Order volume and distance
If delays occur, our support team will notify you promptly and provide an updated estimated delivery time.
2. Delivery Service Area
At Party Tray Paradise, we proudly offer reliable and timely party tray delivery across the Greater Vancouver area.
Currently, we deliver to the following cities:
📍 Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey, and Richmond.
Please note that North Vancouver, Delta, Langley, and White Rock, B.C, are outside of our current delivery zone and are not included in our delivery map at this time.

3. Delivery Process

Orders are dispatched as soon as they are ready for pickup from the Vendor.

All trays are transported in insulated or temperature-controlled carriers to help maintain their original quality.

Our drivers are trained to handle your orders with care, ensuring food arrives in optimal condition.
4. Delivery Completion
Once an order has been delivered to the customer’s provided address or an authorized representative, it is considered:
“Delivered and accepted in good condition.”
After that point:

Party Tray Paradise is not responsible for any temperature changes, spoilage, or alterations in food quality.

It is the customer’s responsibility to properly handle, reheat, refrigerate, or serve the food based on personal needs and health considerations.
5. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth delivery:

Please confirm that your delivery address and contact details are correct when ordering.

Ensure someone is available to receive the order within the delivery window.

If food is to be served later, customers should evaluate whether reheating or refrigeration is needed.
Party Tray Paradise is not responsible for any food-handling issues after delivery completion.
Kindly note that cutlery and serving utensils are not included. Please prepare your own as needed for your event.
6. Risk Disclaimer
We use our best efforts to maintain product temperature and quality during transit.
However:

Minor variations in temperature, texture, or appearance may occur.

We cannot guarantee exact temperature retention once the food leaves the Vendor’s premises.

By ordering, you acknowledge that Party Tray Paradise is not liable for any foodborne illness, spoilage, or quality loss resulting from handling after delivery.
