Welcome to Party Tray Paradise (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, www.partytrayparadise.ca, and any services provided through it (collectively, the “Platform”).

By using our Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully.

1. Our Role and Services

​

Party Tray Paradise operates as an online ordering and delivery platform connecting customers with participating kitchens, restaurants, and food providers (“Vendors”).

​

We facilitate the ordering and delivery of party trays and related services, but we do not own, prepare, or manufacture any food products. Each Vendor is solely responsible for food preparation, ingredient disclosure, and compliance with applicable health and safety standards.

2.Product Image Disclaimer

​

All product photos shown on our website are for reference and presentation purposes only. Actual dishes may vary in appearance, portioning, and plating depending on ingredient availability, kitchen preparation, and seasonal factors.


We always strive to deliver the same high quality, freshness, and flavor as represented in the images.

3. Delivery Commitment

​

We aim to deliver all confirmed orders within approximately 60 minutes from the time the Vendor releases the tray for delivery.

a. Delivery Process

  • Orders are dispatched as soon as they are ready for pickup from the Vendor.

  • Food is transported in insulated containers or temperature-controlled carriers to maintain quality during transit.

  • Delivery times may vary due to weather, traffic, or order volume.

b. Delivery Completion

Once an order is delivered to the customer’s address or representative, the food is considered accepted and delivered in good condition.


Party Tray Paradise is not responsible for any changes in temperature, spoilage, or food quality after delivery.

4. Customer Responsibilities

​

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Delivery addresses and contact information are accurate and accessible;

  • Someone is available to receive the order at the scheduled time;

  • Food is handled appropriately upon receipt.

Because we cannot control post-delivery handling or storage, customers should evaluate whether food requires reheating, refrigeration, or additional preparation before consumption, based on personal health and safety needs.

Important: Food items are intended for immediate consumption after delivery. If food is stored for later use, the customer assumes full responsibility for its safety and handling.

5. Risk Disclaimer

​

While we use best efforts to maintain food temperature during delivery, we cannot guarantee exact temperature retention or the absence of cross-contamination once the food leaves the Vendor’s premises.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Minor variations in temperature or appearance may occur during transit;

  • Party Tray Paradise is not liable for any health issues, foodborne illness, or adverse reactions arising from food handling, reheating, or storage after delivery;

  • Delays caused by external factors (e.g., traffic, extreme weather, access restrictions) do not constitute a breach of service.

6. Orders, Payment, and Refunds

a. Orders

Orders must be placed through our online system. Once confirmed, orders cannot be modified or cancelled without approval.

Kindly note that cutlery and serving utensils are not included. Please prepare your own as needed for your event.

​

b. Payment

All payments are processed securely through third-party providers. We do not store payment card details.

​

c. Refunds

Refunds are issued only in verified cases such as:

  • Incorrect or missing items;

  • Non-delivery due to our error.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Changes in personal preference, taste, or reheating outcome;

  • Delays beyond our reasonable control;

  • Food spoilage resulting from customer negligence.

7. Food Information and Allergies

​

Vendors provide ingredient and allergen details where available. However, Party Tray Paradise does not independently verify allergen statements.

​

Customers with allergies or dietary restrictions must contact the Vendor directly before placing orders. We are not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Party Tray Paradise, its affiliates, and employees shall not be liable for:

​

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform;

  • Any illness, loss, or injury resulting from food handling, storage, or reheating after delivery;

  • Delivery delays or service interruptions caused by external circumstances.

​​

Our total liability in any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the affected order.

​

9. Governing Law

​

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vancouver, BC.
