Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued only in the following situations:

  • Items were not delivered due to our error.

  • Items were incorrect or missing upon verified delivery.

  • Significant damage occurred during transit that can be proven with photos and delivery details.

If your order qualifies, please contact us (604) 788 - 7818 within 2 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting details.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or credits for:

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

  • Changes in personal preference, taste, or event timing.

  • Food that requires reheating or refrigeration after delivery.

  • Food quality issues arising from improper storage or handling after receipt.

3. Refund Method

If approved, refunds are processed:

  • To the original payment method used for purchase;

  • Within 5–10 business days (depending on your payment provider).

Partial refunds or credits may be issued at our discretion in special cases.

4. Order Modifications & Cancellations

Because our vendors prepare trays fresh, confirmed orders cannot be cancelled or modified once preparation begins.


Please review your order carefully before confirming checkout.

This policy complies with the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act (BC) and applies in conjunction with our full Terms & Conditions.
